MASON acrylic sheet use high-quality raw materials from Lucite or Mitsubishi, produced with Pilkington glass mold, which was imported from UK. The light transmittance and Rockwell hardness is much better than industrial standard.

Diamond polishing goes together with a buffing process. Buffing is done after the polishing process has been completed, giving the edges an even higher quality, polished finish.
Hand Polished:
For any products that have 3 dimensions beyond those that lend themselves to diamond or flame polishing. We have these products hand polished and buffed to an exquisite edge finish.
Line Bending:
Line bending is a process used to bend acrylic in a straight line. The process involves heating the acrylic sheet along a line, using a heating element. The acrylic softens as it heats, allowing it to be bent.
Acrylic Gluing and Bonding:
We use a solvent-type bonding agent for bonding plexiglass that chemically welds surfaces together. It produces clean, optically transparent cemented joints that result in a beautiful end-product.
